Concrete pipe making machiine HIDROPAK 100 is a manhole dry cast vibration machine. It can produce circular pipes with flat base of diameter from 200 mm to 1200 mm, up to 1000 mm long. Planetary heavy dutu mixer p-50 - p-2000
The planetary (or countercurrent) design has one or two mixing stars that rotate themselves while also rotating around a central point, allowing each arm to cover the whole mixer floor in a number of revolutions. This powerful mixing action is both fast and thorough, resulting in a mixing time, after water is added, of 30 seconds or less for most types of concrete. The result is greater throughput, giving you more concrete per hour for the same size plant, as well as better consistency and greater strength or, on the other hand, a saving on cement. |

Mini concrete batching plant MCM-400
MINI CONCRETE MAKING MACHINE, includes a horizontal mixer with completely planetary mixing, where the vanes on the covers of hands used for mixing can be changed and adjusted as to ensure quality concrete mass mixing. Above the mixer there is a scale which weighs aggregate and cement and it is connected, through the cell for weighing, to the computer and it operates the cement making machine. There is an opening on the mixer with teeth for cement sack opening in case cement is not batched over the scales and there is a hose for washing. |

Hammer mill
Hammer Mills are used for grinding most free-flowing materials (chunks of bricks, blocks etc.). Hammer mills operate on principle that most materials will grind or crush upon impact with the hammers. The material is feed into a hammer mill from the top and gravity falls into the grinding chamber. The output (volume) of the hammer mill is dependent upon thee screen size, shaft speed and the configuration of the hammers. |

Wire straightening machine
Wire straightening machine is used for straightening and cutting off wire in diameter 6-14 mm (6-16 mm, IS20/16 type). The mode of operation is fully automatic. Two values are typed in using keyboard on the control panel - lenght of wire expressed in cm, and the other is the number of pieces. The machine straightens, cutts off given number of wire pieces and stops to feed wire until the next values are given. Straightening is performed by use of two sets of rolls places in two normal planes. Wire straightening speed is 20 - 50 m/min. |

Bar bending machine SA-26
The bar bending machine SA-6 is designed to bend reinforcing bars 45 kg/mm2 up to 26 mm in diameter. The Bar Bending Machine is operated by foot-switch. By pressing the foot switch, the bending plate will rotate to the selected direction, untill the preselected angle is reached and then will return to its initial position. Bending disc is bidiretional. Up to three different bending angles can be preselected by pad control and called up at any time and in any sequence needed by using the control panel. |
